Scenario:
You are called out at 13:05 as part of a two pump attendance to Habour Avenue Service Station, Habour Road, Anytown. Both pumps will arrive together. On arrival you can clearly see smoke, issuing from the roof of the building as you approach you are met by the Manager of the petrol station.

Narrative:
There is a fire which has started in a upstairs office (this view is only visible from the outside of the premises). The Manager informs you that he has been having problems with the electricity supply breakers tripping out etc. A plan view of the premise is available to make the position of pumps and resources if asked the manager will produce a sketch showing the general layout of the rooms within the building. The manager has turned off the electric supply (internal) he believes everyone is out of the building. After a while he receives a call from the wife of his handyman who tells him that her husband has not returned home. He usually finishes at 13:00 has a shower in the upstairs bathroom (persons reported). House next door catches fire if no water is put on it.

Options:
Single scenario to reflect actual events incurred on the incident however the scenario can be adapted to test specific operational objective.
