Crews are called to a industrail timber yard fire.
Narrative:
Fire in timberyard with person reported. Smoke effecting neighbouring / resitential properties. Ongoing issues involved including water run off and cylinders.

Scenario
Fire starts in a woodyard / joiners positioned at the back of a row of terrace houses which soon spreads through radiated heat to the plastic guttering and then via the open roof voids to the rest of the properties. Scenario suggests that this is an area of houses converted into student flats for the local uni. Fire starts in early sunday morning and double parked cars cause difficulty in gaining access.
Possible Causalities: Possible student still in bed.
